This Refund Policy applies to all sessions booked through Squazyo™. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.
Free trials: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel and are charged, contact support@squazyo.app within 7 days of the charge for a one-time courtesy refund.
Session packages (bundles) are refundable for unused sessions only. Used sessions are non-refundable. Contact support@squazyo.app to request a partial refund on unused package sessions.
If you are unhappy with a completed session, use the in-app dispute flow within 48 hours of session end. Squazyo will review the dispute and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Our decision is final regarding the platform and does not limit your legal rights.
All refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Squazyo does not issue refunds in cash or via alternative payment methods.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly for IAP refund requests.
