What is Squazyo?
Squazyo is the global platform for squash coaching. We connect players with verified coaches for virtual lessons, in-person sessions, video analysis, and live Tournament Mode coaching.
What is Tournament Mode?
Tournament Mode is our signature feature. During your tournament match a parent manages a FaceTime or WhatsApp Video call courtside. Your coach watches the match live from anywhere in the world, then provides 90 seconds of tactical advice between games.
How much does Squazyo cost?
Players start free with a 30-day Starter trial. Paid plans: Junior $9.99/mo, Elite $19.99/mo (most popular), Pro $29.99/mo. All annual plans save 15%. Coaches also start free with a 30-day trial — flexible paid plans are available as you grow.
Does Squazyo work outside the US?
Yes. Squazyo is global from day one. We support USD, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD, EGP, and PKR, and all session times are shown in your local timezone.
Can my kids use Squazyo?
Yes. Family plans support up to 4 accounts with shared storage. Kids under 13 require parent approval on every booking. Kids 13–17 can book independently when linked to a family.
How do coaches get paid?
Coaches are paid via Stripe Connect after the session is marked complete. A small platform fee is deducted automatically (includes Stripe processing). Academy coaches can also accept Zelle or cash payments.
What is Academy Pro?
Academy Pro lets coaches run a full training academy inside Squazyo. It includes invite codes, up to 50 players, 5 coaches, external payment tracking, summer camps, events, announcements, and a revenue dashboard.
Is video analysis included?
Video analysis requests are available to Elite and Pro player subscribers. Your subscription unlocks the ability to request analysis — coaches set their own rates for reviewing your footage and providing feedback. Think of it like booking any other session, just async.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancel up to 24 hours before a session for a full refund. Tournament Mode follows a 2-hour rule. If the coach cancels, you're refunded automatically. See our Refund Policy.
Is my data private?
Yes. Match videos are stored in private buckets with signed URLs. Only you and coaches you explicitly share with can see them. See our Privacy Policy.
